Grilled Rosemary Chicken
4 sliced chicken breast in ½ inches thick
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Dried ground rosemary, as needed
Paprika, as needed
Flour, as needed
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp olive oil. Dust rosemary, paprika and flour on the meat, rub them altogether with hand.
2. Heat the fry pan or grill pan with butter and olive oil on medium high heat until the butter is melted and start to foam.
3. Cook the chicken until golden brown or 4-5 minutes for each side.
