I made TONS of homemade Tortillas and stored in a freezer for any further purpose when I needed it. I made the tortillas in usual ways, but after many repetitions , I was totally sick! Sick of rolling it with rolling pin! And then I used my pasta maker to roll them out and cut into 6"x8" each pieces.
You can roll them up with fried fish or chicken stick inside, I intended to do it but I wish I have more time. Anyway, it can be served after rolled up, or you can bake them. Grilled Burritos sound like awesome, I gotta make one someday.
6 flour tortillas
4-6 lettuce pieces
4 cups ricotta cheese
½ lb ground chicken
3 tbsp flour
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
1. Mix chicken with flour, olive oil, black pepper, cheese, salt and paprika.
2. Place the meat and lettuce on the tortilla and roll it up. Do the same with the rest.
3. Arrange burritos on a baking tray, bake in preheated oven with 356’F (180’C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is done.
4. Serve with hot sauce.
