Tortilla Bowl with Potato Salad~~

  Interesting stuff it is, my sister was totally obsessed with this Tortilla Salad Bowl. Of course you can serve with any salad you want, or besides salad :D


Tortilla Salad Bowl
Ingredients:
Flour or corn tortilla
Oil for brushing
Oven safe bowl

Directions:
1.      Preheat oven to 325’F (160’C).
2.      Brush olive oil on a tortilla making sure to get the edges.
3.      Gently push tortilla into bowl. The edges of the tortilla should come up, just above the lip of the bowl. (consider using  a muffin tin and very small tortillas for mini-bowls)
4.      Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden and crisp.
