Gotta Make Croissant For My Sister!

  Yeah, my sister going right back to home on next week, 13th June. She ask me to cook a lot when she's back, bet she will getting fatter ha ha.. Well, i would like to make croissant for her, because it's the first thing appeared on my mind XD...

Croissant's origin is France, the place where i wanna go in future, it's as famous as almost throughout the world. It is also sometimes called a Crescent or Crescent Roll. Crescent-shaped breads have been made since the Middle Ages, and crescent-shaped cakes, imitating the often-worship Moon,  possibly classical times, but the modern croissant dates to 19th-century Paris.

  Actually, croissant is a high cholesterol food because it contain a lot of butter! Take a little control won't hurt :) It is pretty cool to serve this at breakfast time with a cup of milk!
